Built in a driveway. Still run that way.

Graham Casey started OTB Mobile Detailing in April 2021, during his junior year of high school. Before that he had worked as a detailer for Audi, Volkswagen, Jaguar/Land Rover and Toyota — enough time inside dealership detail bays to see both how the work should be done and how much customers were being charged for it.

He has since graduated from North Carolina State University with degrees in Business Administration and Economics, and OTB has grown up alongside that — from one person with equipment in a driveway to a team serving eight cities across the Triangle.

The founding idea has not moved: give people dealership-grade detailing without the inflated price tag that usually comes attached. That is why every price is published on this site, why the condition upcharges are listed openly, and why there is no quote form standing between you and a straight answer.

Lucas Roberts joined as the second detailer while still in high school and now attends UNC Wilmington. Graham Casey trained him personally, to the same standard — which is the only way the quality stays consistent when someone else is holding the polisher.
