This policy explains what information OTB Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," "OTB") collects through otbmobiledetailing.com and our online booking system, why we collect it, and how you can control it. By booking an appointment or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
When you book an appointment online, we collect:
- Your full name and phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
- The service address for your appointment
- Your vehicle's year, make, and model
- The service, package, and any add-ons you select
- Your requested appointment date and time
- A referral code, if you enter or receive one
If you contact us by phone, text, or email instead, we collect whatever information you share with us in that conversation. We do not collect any payment or card information through this website — nothing is charged online at any point in the booking process.
The only automatic tracking on this site is a Google Ads conversion tag, which fires when you complete a booking so we can measure whether our advertising is working. It does not collect your name, phone number, or other personal details — only that a conversion happened.
How we use your information
- To schedule, manage, and show up for your appointment. Your appointment details are written to our business Google Calendar; if you provide an email address, Google will also send you a calendar invite directly.
- To send you a booking confirmation text and a reminder text before your appointment.
- To send you occasional promotional texts (seasonal offers, referral reminders) — but only if you check the opt-in box when booking. You can reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out of promotional messages; you'll still receive confirmation and reminder texts for appointments you've actually booked, since those relate to a service you requested.
- To track and honor referral rewards if you share or use a referral code.
- To run our business — following up on service issues, keeping records of past appointments, and similar day-to-day use.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We do share it with the outside services that make this booking system work, each acting on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts our client and booking database.
- Google — Google Calendar schedules your appointment; Google Ads provides the conversion tracking described above.
- Our SMS provider — sends the confirmation, reminder, and (if opted in) promotional texts described above.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
We don't share your mobile number or texting activity with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep client and booking records for as long as needed to run our business — scheduling, following up, and keeping a history of past service. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we have a legitimate business reason to retain it (for example, an unresolved referral reward).
Your choices
- Opt out of promotional texts anytime by replying STOP, or by asking us directly.
- Ask us what information we have on file about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
